Career path

Morgane Valla holds a Master II degree in Business Law and Taxation and a Diploma in Corporate Legal Advice (DJCE) from Jean Moulin Lyon 3 University. She worked as an associate at Bremond & Associés from 2015 before joining Valoren when it was founded in May 2020. She was appointed counsel in September 2024. She joined the Rescue firm in 2026 as a partner.

Morgane practises in the field of corporate insolvency law and, in this capacity, assists executives and various stakeholders (shareholders, credit institutions, investors, creditors, procedural bodies) in dealing with companies in difficulty and their recovery.

Morgane is fluent in English.
