Career path

Virginie Verfaillie Tanguy holds a Master’s degree in private law (Paris PanthĂ©on-Assas University), a postgraduate degree in transport law and a diploma from the Institute of International Studies (Paris PanthĂ©on-Assas University). She has been a lawyer since 1996. She set up her own practice in 2004 before joining Bremond & AssociĂ©s in 2007 as a restructuring partner, then founding Valoren in 2020. She joined Rescue as a partner in 2026.

Virginie assists executives and various stakeholders (shareholders, credit institutions, investors, creditors, procedural bodies) in dealing with companies in difficulty and helping them rebound.
