Career path

Charlotte Vial, who holds a Master II degree in Law and Financial Engineering (Jean Moulin Lyon 3 University), has been a lawyer since 2017. She practised in the Restructuring and Business Litigation departments of WTS Global (Fidal) and Coblence Avocats, before joining Valoren in 2020. She joined Rescue in 2026.

Charlotte works in the areas of restructuring of companies in difficulty and collective proceedings, both in an advisory and litigation capacity. She assists managers and all relevant stakeholders (shareholders, credit institutions, investors, creditors, procedural bodies) in dealing with companies in difficulty and their recovery.

Charlotte is fluent in English.
